Product Description
The prefabricated rubber track series is a two-layer integrated structure of environmentally friendly rubber coils. The upper layer is a high-toughness and wear-resistant surface layer. The irregular pattern with a surface depth of 1-2mm is continuously calendered by special professional equipment. Ensure that the athletes are provided with sufficient foot friction.
The lower layer is a highly elastic bottom layer, and the bottom layer is a microporous foam layer of a drop-shaped honeycomb structure having a reasonable inclination angle. This geometry is well matched to the precision formulation of microcellular foaming, providing excellent shock absorption, smooth energy transfer and continuous energy feedback. After the elastic bottom layer is subjected to the closed-cell foaming of the inert gas, a plurality of tiny inert gas bladders are formed to ensure the high resilience performance of the bottom layer.

Installation
1)Ground requirements:Cement, or, Asphalt. The ground should be smooth enough.
2)Glue(Two Components Polyurethane Adhesive) is needed to paste the track to the ground.
3)Different tools is needed for installation, such as rulers, small trailer, mixer, barrels, bricks, cutting knifes and so on.

Q:As long as your material is such excellent, is price higher than EPDM?
A:I don’t think so. We have the same price with good EPDM. Please do not use cheap and bad quality EPDM to target us.
